How I work
I'm Pradip. I build software for businesses that need it to actually work. Not look good in a pitch. Not pass a demo. Work. In production. Under pressure. Every day.
Since 2018 I've shipped financial systems handling millions in transactions, IoT automation for physical devices, restaurant ops apps running 5000+ weekly footfalls, e-commerce platforms doing real revenue. Every single one still running.
These days I take that same experience and build AI into software where it genuinely makes a difference. Not because AI is trending. Because when it fits, it saves your team hours every single day.
I operate at Zero or 100%. Either I'm fully in and you'll get everything I've got. Or I'll tell you upfront I'm not the right fit. No in between. No commitment issues.
People
Helping teams actually deliver
I've led teams, worked inside them, and been the only tech person in the room. All three taught me something different. What I know for sure is that most teams don't fail because of bad code. They fail because nobody helped them think clearly when it mattered.
I'm not the person who tells you what to do. I'm the person who sits with you, understands what you're trying to build, and helps you figure out the right path. If you're a business weighing up what to build, or an agency looking for someone who can take it and ship it, reach out. I'll give you a straight answer.
What I've built
Real products. Not experiments.
Restaurant queue management handling thousands of weekly customers. Aqua culture IoT systems automating physical pond equipment. E-commerce platforms generating real monthly revenue. Financial systems where one wrong number costs someone real money. Custom ERP and CRM software built and delivered for actual businesses.
I've also tried things that didn't work. A GST SaaS product I built too early. A freelancing platform that taught me more about real product failure than any course ever could. I count those too because that's where most of the real learning happened.
How I think
Things I actually believe in
Simple beats clever. Every time.
If I can solve your problem with something simple, I will. Complex systems that nobody understands after six months are a liability. I'd rather build something boring that works forever than something impressive that breaks quietly.
Ship it. Then improve it.
Waiting for perfect means never shipping. I'd rather put something real in front of people and iterate than spend months building something nobody asked for. Progress over perfection. Always.
AI where it fits. Not everywhere.
I'm not adding AI to everything because it sounds good. I add it where it saves your team real time, reduces real manual work, or makes your system genuinely smarter. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you.
Paper is for clarity. Software is for everything else.
If your team is doing something manually that a well built system could handle, that's time being wasted. Human hours should go into decisions, relationships and building the future. Not repetitive operational work.
